Künstlerin Ina Ferber
I was born on November 4, 1972, in the Soviet Union. At the age of seven, I came to Germany and lived in a refugee shelter in Langen. Thus, the Rhine-Main region became our new home. My professional career took me to places such as Brussels, Gütersloh, and Boston. At the end of 2025, I moved to Düsseldorf.
I’ve always been passionate about art, but for 18 years, my career in HR and consulting was my priority. In 2017, I began drawing and later took up painting with gouache and oil. Since 2023, I have been a full-time freelance artist.
I studied under Natalia Makievski from 2017 to 2025.

My Philosophy:
My work is rooted in modernism; my influences include Munch, Kirchner, and Schiele. I consciously choose to avoid the complex approaches of contemporary art. Figurative painting and drawing, portrait and nude painting—that is, more traditional methods and motifs—do not invite viewers to reflect on materials and tools: in my works, nothing should distract from the proud emotions and the brutal human deeds.
